    Aparna Sen's latest offering is not only written by the acclaimed filmmaker but is also directed by her. Although the movie has Hindi actors this is a movie in English that deals with the sensitive subject of schizophrenia.The story is based around two sisters Anjali and Mitali, also known as Anu and Meethi at home.Mother Rewa had two children from her first marriage daughter Anjali (Shabana Azmi) and Son Mahesh, but her husband Col.Mathur died soon after Mahesh was born.     15 Park Avenue was a fine movie with another great Konkona performance. She is probably the best her generation has to offer, and her generation should be glad she came along. Some people didn't like the ending, but the inherent mystery of it really appealed to me. Good thing they got the movie out, though, because psychiatry is moving to eliminate schizophrenia as a legitimate mental illness category. In the future, the heroine would be given an illness that would make discussing the movie very hard.
