Aparna Sen's latest offering is not only written by the acclaimed filmmaker but is also directed by her. 15 Park Avenue was a fine movie with another great Konkona performance. She is probably the best her generation has to offer, and her generation should be glad she came along. Some people didn't like the ending, but the inherent mystery of it really appealed to me. Good thing they got the movie out, though, because psychiatry is moving to eliminate schizophrenia as a legitimate mental illness category. In the future, the heroine would be given an illness that would make discussing the movie very hard.
